Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Dades Valley

As you leave the bustling city behind, you’ll travel through the majestic Atlas Mountains, enjoying picturesque landscapes and traditional Berber villages along the way. A stop at the stunning Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a glimpse into ancient Moroccan architecture.

Continuing your 4 day tour from Marrakech to Fes, you’ll traverse the scenic Tizi n’Tichka pass and descend into the desert-like landscapes of the Draa Valley. Arriving at Dades Gorges, you’ll be captivated by the towering red cliffs and the tranquil beauty of the surroundings. Spend the night in a charming Hotel nestled within this breathtaking natural setting.

Day 2: Dades valley – Todgha Gorge – Erfoud – Desert Merzouga

After a hearty Moroccan breakfast, your adventure leads you deeper into the Sahara Desert. En route to Merzouga, you’ll pass through the Todra Gorges, famous for their dramatic rock formations and towering canyon walls. Continue through the vast palm groves of the Tafilalet region, arriving at the gateway to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, you’ll meet your camel caravan for an unforgettable trek into the heart of the desert. As the sun sets, you’ll be treated to a mesmerizing display of colors over the dunes. Day 3: Full Day To Explore Sahara Desert

On the third day of our 4-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. A spectacular morning in the middle of the Sahara desert and a breathtaking sunrise while you are in a place without borders, definitely worth getting up early to witness the most spectacular sunrise you’ve ever seen from the top of a dune near the camp and enjoy this unique landscape.

In the morning, a hearty breakfast awaits you, take a shower, before taking the camels back to Merzouga.

Then we will explore the Erg Chebbi and its tin villages, a large expanse of a desert of sand where we can find the Great Dune of Morocco. We then continued on the road that was used earlier for the “Paris – Dakar” and ended up in the black desert.

The next stop will be at a viewpoint to contemplate the Erg Chebbi hole. We will then arrive at Kamilia Village, most of the inhabitants here are dark-skinned people from Mali, where we will have a relaxing cup of tea while we listen to a concert of local Gnawa music.

Stop at Mefis, a small abandoned village still present in the area, where you will have the opportunity to discover lead mines and other minerals from the French colonial era, we continue along a path where we can meet a nomadic family living in tents and learn their secrets and practices.

Transfer to your accommodation and free time in the afternoon to enjoy the city or the dunes next to the hotel to watch the sunset. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Merzouga - Ziz Valley - Cedar Forest Of Azrou - Fez

Rise early to witness the sunrise over the dunes a breathtaking sight that paints the desert with hues of gold and orange. After breakfast, you’ll bid farewell to the desert and begin your journey towards Fes. En route, you’ll pass through the Ziz Valley, known for its date palm groves, and make stops in charming towns like Midelt and Ifrane. Ifrane, often called “Little Switzerland,” offers a stark contrast to the desert landscapes you’ve been experiencing. As you continue, you’ll arrive in Fes, an ancient city with a rich history and vibrant culture.
